Delta Airlines – Question #82: Do you agree to allow Delta to retain the right to own specifications that are co-developed with your organization?

This is actually a right we belief to be normal. Let’s assume we jointly develop a new cutlery design, than we belief it is normal that the airline in question has the rights to this design.

There are always options to make certain changes to design and make them different, but if we supply it, and we developed it together, the rights are with Delta.

This is common for cutlery. We are also offering coffee servers today. These are standard products, so they cannot be exclusive. Other airlines will use them on a daily basis all the time.

It is not that we will make sales meetings with others and propose your design. That is something we do not do.
