No and Yes.
The double answer comes from a different angle. As far as stainless steel is concerned, that is available from many sources and will not be a problem. Roughly speaking you can produce cutlery in either 18/10 or 18/0 steel. I am leaving out all the options. These two are the basic options. And both of them are widely available.
In terms of production and the speed – there are no differences.
The Yes comes from the specific raw material plastic. You know that the usage of single-use-plastics will be forbidden in Europe next year. I will add a separate section of this project. But in short – you cannot use by law single-use-plastics on-board to Europe soon. We have the solution in a steel option.
